#reducefoodwaste Organized by STREFOWA “Strategies for reducing food waste in central Europe” this conference will have a look on the complete food supply chain to manage and prevent food waste. Monitoring food waste and working together of different actors to prevent food waste has to improve. Participants of AVARE will present the current state of work in the project and discuss a holistic view on food waste bringing the subject of “adding value to food waste” on the table.
