06 May 2019: First results of case studies in Germany

The Institute of sustainable Nutrition in Münster (Germany) finished food waste measurements in three schools. Results were presented and discussed in stakeholder workshops in March with all participating catering units. To visualize the findings to the public and to the customers, posters were created as well as a small exhibition, which shows the amount of waste produced.
